Request deletion
Email squirrelmail@aqube.de with the subject “SquirrelMail – data deletion”. Include the affected contact address or, for SquirrelMail data, the Instagram username or account ID and the requested scope. Do not send passwords, access tokens or unsolicited identity document copies.
Handling your request
aqube GmbH checks the data concerned and your authority, stops the affected processing and deletes the data unless statutory or other lawful retention reasons apply. We will explain the action taken and any data retained, including the reasons. The mailbox is attended on working days.
Response time
We respond to privacy requests without undue delay, generally within one month. Where complexity or the number of requests requires an extension, we inform you of the reasons within that month. The extension may be up to two further months (Article 12(3) GDPR).
Instagram data
A request to aqube concerns data processed by us. It does not erase public Instagram comments or data processed by Instagram itself. Disconnecting Instagram or logging out does not replace a deletion request to aqube. This page provides manual deletion instructions; it does not trigger automatic deletion.
